The production process of battery group is called battery PACK. Battery PACK can be secondary processing of a single battery or a battery module with multiple batteries in series and parallel. Simple PACK is a process of combining batteries and accessories, which can be operated by most people with certain knowledge. Professional PACK manufacturers should also have protection board development (software engineer/hardware engineer), reasonable design of battery structure (structural engineer), product simulation reliability testing in different states and under different environments (test laboratory), and battery PACK production line with system certification. Most of the existing battery PACK technology is to link the cells together by welding, which also leads to the complicated maintenance of battery problems. In addition, batteries may face many thorny problems in batch PACK. In order to ensure the reliability of batch products, excellent battery PACK technology, and finished product testing are essential.
The PACK includes the battery, busbar, soft connection, BMS, outer packaging, output (including connector), insulating paper, plastic support, and other auxiliary materials.
